APPLICATIONS Versatility and flexibility are prime considerations in Webster's burner design. JB series units can be adapted to fire in most any furnace configuration and combustion environment. Our exclusive flame retention combustion head design maintains stable and efficient combustion in a wide variety of furnace configurations and conditions. Mechanical pressure atomization is standard for firing #2 fuel oil with a Webster burner, however, air or steam atomization is available for both #2 or heavier grades of fuel oil applications. PACKAGED FOR EASY INSTALLATION Webster burners are completely factory wired, assembled and fire tested ready for installation and hook-up to fuel and electrical supplies. Typical installations are up and running in just a few hours time. FACTORY FIRE TESTED Webster burners are test fired at the factory in an environment that simulates actual field operating conditions. This extra measure of testing assures Webster customers that each burner is functional and ready for trouble free start-up and operation. |
