JB and JBX Multi-Fuel Burners
The Autoflame System is available as an option on JB1, JB2 and JB3 units.
Autoflame is a standard feature of the JB4 units.
For over 65 years the Webster name has stood for high quality gas and oil burners. Webster burners are used in a wide variety of commercial and industrial applications, ranging from steam and hot water boilers, air heaters, dryers, kilns, incinerators and many other combustion applications. Our strong emphasis on quality, safety performance and research assures Webster customers of the most reliable technically advanced combustion equipment for maximizing efficiency.
OPERATION
Webster burners offer years of dependable efficient operation. Designed with ease of serviceability in mind, Webster burners are available with a wide variety of control options from on-off to full modulation utilizing the latest flame safeguard technology options available.
APPLICATIONS
Versatility and flexibility are prime considerations in Webster’s burner design. JB series units can be adapted to fire in most any furnace configuration and combustion environment. Our exclusive flame retention combustion head design maintains stable and efficient combustion in a wide variety of furnace configurations and conditions. Mechanical pressure atomization is standard for firing #2 fuel oil with a Webster burner, however, air or steam atomization is available for both #2 or heavier grades of fuel oil applications.
PACKAGED FOR EASY INSTALLATION
Webster burners are completely factory wired, assembled and fire tested ready for installation and hook-up to fuel and electrical supplies. Typical installations are up and running in just a few hours time.
FACTORY FIRE TESTED
Webster burners are test fired at the factory in an environment that simulates actual field operating conditions. This extra measure of testing assures Webster customers that each burner is functional and ready for trouble free start-up and operation.
