FULL-TIME SERVICE DEPARTMENT ASSOCIATE
Maine’s leading HVAC/R Service Company has immediate openings for:
- Full-time Service Department Associate at our Portland location
We are looking for an individual to work closely with our Service Department Coordinator. Primary duties will be to support the Service Department Coordinator assisting with all functions of the Service Department – providing prompt and efficient results relating to customer service needs, dispatching & scheduling technician assignments, ordering materials and entering data in database system.
Successful candidate must have previous dispatching/customer service experience in the HVAC/R industry, a time constrained environment. Excellent communication & customer relation skills are required. Multi-tasking in high volume situations, strong typing & computer skills (keyboarding, Microsoft Office, etc.) are required. Individual must be capable of learning the company business software program. Candidate must have a valid Maine driver's license.
